Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

By using Bangunin, you agree to these terms. They're meant to be plain and fair.

1. What Bangunin is

Bangunin is an alarm app that keeps ringing until you complete a wake-up mission (such as taking a photo or doing a short movement). It's a tool to help you get up — it is not a medical, safety, or emergency device.

2. Use it responsibly

Complete missions safely. Don't use the app while driving or in any situation where looking at or moving your phone could put you or others at risk. You are responsible for setting alarms that fit your own schedule and needs.

3. No guarantee you'll wake up

Bangunin is designed to make oversleeping much harder, but no alarm can guarantee you will wake up. Don't rely on it alone for situations where missing a wake-up has serious consequences. We're not liable for missed alarms, whether caused by device settings, silent/Do-Not-Disturb modes, low battery, an OS update, or anything outside our control.

4. Subscriptions

5. Your content

Anything you create or import (custom alarm sounds, mission photos) stays on your device and remains yours. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

6. Fair use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or attempt to break its verification features. We may suspend access that abuses the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

8. Contact
